Today after breakfast, we will start with our Tour. Head to Altos de Chavón, a recreation of a Mediterranean-style European town located on the Chavón River in La Romana, Dominican Republic.

It is the most popular attraction in the city and houses a cultural center, an archaeological museum and an amphitheater. We will continue to our Hotel in Punta Cana, for Lunch, the rest of the afternoon we will have free to enjoy the Hotel and its facilities, in the evening we will have Dinner at the Beach Restaurant and a Night activity.

Altos de Chavon Excursion, 2 hours 🛏️ Hotel Catalonia Punta Cana

Today after breakfast, we will embark on a catamaran excursion to the Saona Island. A protected area of 110 km2 and part of the Cotubanamá National Park, Saona is a dream tropical escape, where extensive beaches of bright white sand and its giant coconut trees seem to melt into each other. Iridescent turquoise waters. Here we will spend the day to enjoy the beaches on catamarans.

The excursion includes an approximate 5-hour VIP tour on a Catamaren, on board we will have Entertainment, Drinks and Snack service. We will make a stop in Palmilla, a stretch of white sand with a large natural pool, where we will enjoy a large buffet lunch.

Finally, we will make a stop in Mano Juan, the only populated part of this island, in the Afternoon, we will return to Our Hotel in Punta Cana for Dinner and Accommodation.

After breakfast, we will ride towards the Montana Redonda in Miches. Here we will ride on a Safari that will take us to the top of the mountain, here we will have time for a photo section, followed by a lunch buffet. In due time we will return Macao, for our Driving experience with Buggys.

First, we will have short driving instructions before starting the Tour, we will visit a typical ranch where you can witness the production of coffee, Chocolate and tobacco handmade, as well as learn from history and enjoy tasting each of them.

We will continue the adventure by visiting the Taino Cave, a pool of fresh and crystalline water and then we will go to one of the best beaches in Punta Cana, Macao beach, In due time we will be transported to the hotel for dinner and accommodation.

After breakfast, in due time we will ride to Salto del Limón, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch, and later we will ride a horse to reach the incredible El Limón waterfall, a waterfall more than 40 meters high that falls in a natural pool where you can take a refreshing swim after the walk. Its access is along the road to Las Terrenas, near the town of El Limón. The ride can be done either on horseback or on foot, and usually takes between thirty and forty minutes to arrive. This tour takes place in a pleasant environment surrounded by coconut trees that thicken shortly before reaching the place. The excursion is operated by Local Guides, the guides carry by the hand horses the entire way, a community project that we support, in due time we will be transported to the Hotel in Samaná where we will have Dinner + night activity.

Today after breakfast we will depart by catamaran to Los Haitises, covering an area of 1,600 km², Los Haitises National Park is one of the jewels of the national park system of the Dominican Republic. Los Haitises, which translates to “mountainous land” in the Taíno language, attracts many visitors who come here by boat to see its magnificent series of rock formations rising out of the water.

The park also has lush mangroves along its bay, which is adorned with keys home to multiple bird colonies and a series of caves known for having the largest number of petroglyphs and pictographs in the country. We will enter Cano Hondo for Buffet lunch and enjoy the natural pools. In due time we will return to Samaná for Dinner and Hotel Accommodation, in the evening we will have Karaoke.

Excursion Los Haitises and Cano Hondo 7 hours 🛏️ Hotel Hacienda Samana Bay

After Breakfast, we will leave by Catamaran in search of the Famous Humpback Whales (January – March), our specialized guide will take us for whale watching (approx. 2h30min) We will return to Cayo Levantado where we will enjoy a spectacular Lunch. Cayo Levantado, also known as “Bacardi Island” is a islet in the bay of Samaná, which administratively belongs to the Province of Samaná. It is a well-known and visited tourist destination. It is around 1 kilometer long. It has humid forest vegetation and white sand beaches. You will have the options to choose to dive, snorkel or have a piña colada on the beach. In the afternoon, we will return to the Hotel for dinner and accommodation.

After breakfast we will head towards the Deep South, in Santo Domingo we will have a stop for lunch, we will continue our trip to the Pearl of the South Barahona, where we will stay at the Famous Hotel Costa Larimar, after Check In we will enjoy the pool and beach. At night, we will have a buffet dinner and accommodation in our hotel.

After our Breakfast, we will roll towards the famous Villa Miriam Spa where we will enjoy its cold and crystalline waters. We continue our trip along the southern coast, where we will visit the famous Oviedo Lagoon, the largest lagoon in the country, it is a privileged area for observation of birds, and right here we will have a mud bath that is very healthy for the skin. Here we will enjoy a buffet lunch prepared by locals.

After lunch, we will visit Arroyo Salado for a refreshing swim in its crystalline waters. We will continue rolling towards Pedernales and Bahía Las Águilas, where you will have the option of staying at the Hotel Vista de Águila Ecolodge or Glamping In Cueva de las Águilas Ecolodge * *. At night, we will have a buffet dinner and a night activity including a bonfire.

Today after breakfast, we will depart to explore the beautiful beaches of Bahía Las Águilas. We will get on a boat tour to the most beautiful coast that the Dominican Republic has, a 4-hour VIP excursion through virgin beaches and white sands.

We will have the VIP Lunch on one of the beaches, where later we will have the possibility of bathing and opting for Snorkling or simply relaxing and enjoying nature. In the afternoon, we will return to our Hotel or Glamping to freshen up and prepare for Dinner and Night activity prepared by our team/staff.

Today after breakfast we will head towards Santo Domingo, at noon we will stop in Azua where we will enjoy lunch.

Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, is also the most modern and dynamic metropolis in the Caribbean. The Capital, as it is affectionately called, conveys the pulse of Dominican culture, where old and new converge seamlessly, from centuries-old architecture and history, to large shopping centers, art galleries, an active and interesting nightlife and an irresistible food scene. We will have Dinner at ”El Conuco”, a Typical Dominican Restaurant where we will enjoy Dominican food and culture!! We will explore the Colonial City, the first European settlement in the Americas and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1990, it is a recommended experience for all travelers. This historic neighborhood consists of a labyrinth of narrow streets filled with architectural wonders ranging from the 16th century to the early 20th century. Today we will travel to Jarabacoa, its name is due to the Taíno Indians who lived there before the arrival of the Spanish; That’s what they called it, whose name means “land of water sources.” The beginning of our ecological experience, we can enjoy the multiple ecological and adventure activities that are organized, such as Rafting, Paragliding, hiking, etc. Or simply enjoy the tranquility and symphony of Nature. In the morning, we will visit Café Monte Alto where the entire coffee manufacturing process will be explained to us, followed by a typical buffet lunch at the “El Buen Sabor” restaurant, and then we will visit the Confluencia and Café Colao to finally arrive at our River Club Hotel for dinner and accommodation.

After Breakfast, we will continue HEADING TO Santiago de los Caballeros, the second largest city in the Dominican Republic, the head municipality of the province of Santiago and the main metropolitan center of the northern region, or Cibao.

It was founded in 1495 during the first wave of Spanish colonization of the New World as the “First Santiago de América.” It is located in the north-central region of the country known as Cibao Valley, about 155 km northwest of Santo Domingo and at an average altitude of 178 meters above sea level. With a total area of 612 km21, Santiago de los Caballeros is one of the main economic, financial, political, social and cultural centers of the Dominican Republic.

It is also an important industrial center for the rum, textile, cigar and tobacco industries. Footwear, leather goods and furniture factories are an important part of the economic life of the region and the country. In the morning, we will visit The Monument of the Heroes and Tamboril, the Capital of tobacco. We will have lunch at Dona Pula typical Dominican food, then we will visit Los Pepines where we will dance to the Son of KEKA, finally we will arrive in San José de las Matas for dinner and accommodation at the Riviera Campo Verde Hotel.

Today after breakfast, we will have a small reforestation section and recycling workshop in the facilities of Hacienda Campo Verde, here you will receive the eco conscience part off our tour. After the lunch, we will visit the Miraculous Chapel and the Aguas Calientes eco-tourism project, where we will enjoy the hot springs and the Bao River.

San José de Las Matas, located in the Central Mountain Range of the Country, the most important mountainous area of the country, and which has the highest points of the Caribbean, The Duarte Peak reaches out at 3175 meters.

It has an area of 1,505.9 km², which makes it the largest municipality in the country. It limits to the north with the municipality of Santiago and the province of Valverde, to the south with the province of San Juan, to the east with the municipality of Jánico and to the west with the province of Santiago Rodríguez. San José de las Matas, was a kind of natural hospital because many people from different parts of the country came to it in search of well-being, especially those with tuberculosis.

Horacio Vásquez was the first President of the Republic to take up residence in San José de las Matas. When Trujillo assumed power in 1930, he became interested in that mansion and perfected it to his liking. In 1932 he lived there for six months.

It is believed that Trujillo had symptoms of tuberculosis. By decree he declared San José de las Matas the seat of the Executive Branch. On December 3, 1932, in that mansion, Flor de Oro Trujillo, daughter of President (Dictator) Trujillo, married Porfirio Rubirosa.

San José de las Matas has an excellent climate, with 2 short dry seasons and two rainy seasons that last most of the year. The average annual temperature is 24.1C (75.38 F) in the day and an average minimum temperature at night is 18.5C (65.3 F). At the end of the afternoon, we will return to the Hotel for Dinner and Overnight at the Riviera Campo Verde Hotel.

After breakfast, we will go to Punta Rucia, one of paradises on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Its crystal clear waters, which come from Isabela Bay houses enormous coral settlements, along with a great abundance of different marine species.

Among the different activities that can be done on the beach, are the practice of water sports such as diving or snorkeling.

Besides, Punta Rucia beach has a privileged position, since nearby is Cayo Arena, an impressive settlement of white sand, in whose waters are perfect for water activities such as diving or snorkeling since they are home to a rich underwater ecosystem. Nor can we leave aside the Estero Hondo lagoon, where large flocks of wild birds stop. The lagoon is located within the Estero Hondo manatee national park, where you can observe the beauty of these animals.

Without a doubt, Punta Rucia is one of the small paradises that you cannot miss on your visit to the Dominican Republic. We will have an excursion to Cayo Arena and The Mangroves including a Buffet of Typical Food from the Area. At time, we will take a route to Puerto Plata for dinner and accommodation at our all-inclusive hotel.

After breakfast, we will move to Puerto Plata’s most precious adventure treasure, the 27 Charcos de Damajagua waterfalls offer a full day of hiking through thick forests, crossing bridges and discovering Dominican flora and fauna.

We will reach the rocky top of a hill from where you will begin your journey down, jumping or sliding through a series of waterfalls. Safety equipment is necessary while you slide down padded water slides, or jump into deep turquoise pools. After a Typical Lunch, we will return to the Hotel for Dinner and Accommodation in our All Inclusive Resort Hotel.
